We do not accept any commissions at the moment to make room for production and company projects. Any design suggestions are always welcome so please feel free to submit one and we'll look into it.

+ WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY EMAIL UPDATES REGARDING MY ORDER?
As stated on our Terms and Conditions, we do not send any email updates aside from in production and shipping updates unless otherwise needed.
All work statuses are always visible and can be seen at the announcement banner located at the topmost part of our website. If this banner have been accidentally closed on your device, restart your browser.
+ MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN CHECK IF IT DID?
After a successful purchase, you should receive an automated email with an order number. If you haven't received any, the order did not go through.
+ I HAVE CHANGED MY ADDRESS MONTHS AFTER THE INITIAL PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Go to the community section and fill-out the Change of Address Form to notify us about it.
You also have to update your information on your CJESIM account for consistency of information.
Please be advised that original receipts are uneditable by default on our website. Changes will be applied on the shipping labels instead.
+ I HAVE ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD BILLING INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. IS THIS GOING TO BE VISIBLE ON THE SELLER'S SYSTEM?
All billing information are visible except for the credit card digits entered by client. Mode of payment is visible.
